MASC 2024 Registration & Bursaries

We are excited to welcome a diverse delegation to MASC 2024. Please see below for key information to secure your place!

Key MASC 2024 Deadlines (by 1159 pm GMT)

Registration	Friday, November 29th
Bursary applications	Friday, October 18th (notification of bursary outcomes no later than Friday, October 25th)
Abstract submissions	Friday, Nov 1st (notification of abstract outcomes no later than Friday, November 15th)

Registration & Bursary Guidance

Those interested in attending MASC 2024 should register using the University of York Online Store before the registration deadline. When registering for this event, please be mindful to select the appropriate delegate registration option as there are different pricing tiers available. You will also have the opportunity to reserve a seat at the conference dinner being held Monday, December 16th immediately following the poster session.

MASC 2024 Bursary Applicants: Do not register for the conference until you have received the outcome of your bursary application. Though we intend to notify all applicants regarding the outcome of their bursary application, if you have not received a notification by the end of Friday, November 15th, please assume that your application was not successful and proceed to register for the conference as normal.

Updated 21 October – Bursary applications are now closed. Those selected for bursaries will receive a unique registration link in their award email to waive their conference registration, conference dinner and, if requested, Franklin House accommodation costs for up to two nights (Sunday, December 15th and Monday, December 16th – see our Accommodation page for Franklin House details.) 

Conference Dinner: The MASC 2024 Conference Dinner will be held on the evening of Monday, December 16th in the Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant, University of York, immediately following the conference poster session.

Accommodation: Please visit our Accommodation page for hotel suggestions and additional information on ground transport to/from the conference venue and city centre. 

University parking permits: If possible, please indicate along with your registration details whether you may require a campus parking permit to help us with planning this event. We will survey all registered delegates in late November to finalise parking permit numbers and request vehicle registration details.
