The conference will start at 10 am on Monday 16 December and finish at 5 pm on Tuesday 17 December.
General details: The National STEM Centre will open early each day of the conference for delegate check-in (from 845 am on Monday, December 16th) and setting up poster displays.
Poster judging: Poster judging for prizes will take place exclusively at the evening poster session held in the University of York Exhibition Centre on Monday, December 16th before the conference dinner. Poster presenters should plan to be at their poster during their allocated time slot to interact with the judges. Poster displays during the coffee and lunch breaks will not be judged.
Conference dinner: The conference dinner will take place in the Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant on Monday, December 16th immediately after the poster session.
