Poster abstract deadline – CLOSED Monday, 17^th November 2025 (notification of abstract outcomes no later than Friday, 21^st November 2025)

Oral abstract deadline – CLOSED Wednesday, 12^th November 2025 (notification of abstract outcomes no later than Friday, 21^st November 2025)

Please use the abstract template below to prepare abstracts for oral and poster presentations. We are accepting abstracts for 15-minute contributed talks, poster presentations, and 3-minute flash talks (with an associated poster).

Key Dates & Deadlines

• Registration deadline – A limited number of spaces are still available and will be open for registration until 10^th December.
• Poster abstract deadline – CLOSED Monday, 17^th November 2025 (notification of abstract outcomes no later than Friday, 21^st November 2025)
• Oral abstract deadline – CLOSED Wednesday, 12^th November 2025 (notification of abstract outcomes no later than Friday, 21^st November 2025)
• MASC bursary deadline – CLOSED Friday, 31^st October 2025 (notification of bursary outcomes no later Friday, 14^th November 2025)
